At 3:10 am on Sept.23rd, 2008, two-strand slab casting machine of Phase I Cangzhou Iron and Steel Complex was officially begun casting, which was undertaken by Sinosteel MECC. Two strands conti-casting slab successfully released from dummy bar and were cut as scheduled. To date hot run test of two-strand CCM project for Phase I Cangzhou Iron & Steel Complex was completely success.

At present, engineering and project management staff from Sinosteel MECC are uninterrupted monitoring the operation on 24-hour basis to ensure the stability and create good environment and conditions for the overall success of Phase I project of Cangzhou Iron & Steel Complex.
