Project overview: as upgrade and replacement of the 36m2 and 72m2 sinter machines of high energy consumption and pollution, the project consists of plant engineering, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, individual and combined test on turnkey basis. SHRT (Sinter Blower Residual Heat Recovery Turbine) technology was adopted for main sintering fan, which, with the recovered waste heat of sinter machine and, was driven by condensing steam turbine with assisting speed variable clutch, to form a self-circulation energy-saving system.
